I am the founder of Monarch Massage and a dedicated practitioner of restorative wellness. My background is rooted in a deep-seated commitment to clinical excellence and supporting the innate healing process of the human body.

With over 23 years of experience as a respiratory therapist, I have spent two decades providing critical clinical support during patients' most vulnerable health transitions. This extensive healthcare background has built my foundation of professionalism, precision, and the ability to maintain a calm, grounded environment under pressure.

Earlier in my career, I specialized in maternal health as a birth doula, midwifery assistant, and educator. Facilitating these transformative life events taught me the immense value of supportive, intuitive touch and reinforced my respect for the body’s resilience and strength.
My decision to transition from acute bedside care to therapeutic bodywork was driven by a desire to offer more intentional, proactive wellness. Massage therapy allows me to apply my clinical expertise in a setting focused on long-term restoration and mindful recovery.

My professional goal is to provide a focused space where you can reset your nervous system and process the physical demands of daily life. Whether addressing specific pain, chronic stress, or functional recovery, I am here to facilitate your progress toward physical and mental clarity.
This practice is the culmination of my experience in healthcare—a professional commitment to helping you achieve lasting physical balance.

Meet Caroline

Licensed Massage Therapist

Caroline, a graduate of the Academy of Massage Therapy & Bodyworks in Pottstown, PA, brings a lifelong passion for health, wellness, movement, and helping others to her work as a massage therapist. Growing up as a competitive multi-sport athlete and continuing to enjoy strength and fitness training, she developed an early appreciation for the importance of caring for the body and making wellness a part of everyday life.

Her military experience, work as a Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Technician, and experience working with combat-wounded Veterans further shaped her understanding of the body and strengthened her desire to support others through their individual health and wellness journeys.

Caroline was first introduced to massage while navigating her own treatment for an autoimmune condition. Experiencing firsthand how much massage supported her recovery gave her a deeper appreciation for the value of therapeutic touch and inspired her to share that same sense of care with others.

Her approach is mindful and intuitive, with a focus on meeting each client where they are and helping them move toward where they want to be. Whether you're seeking relaxation and self-care, support during recovery, relief from areas of tension, or simply looking to feel more connected to and comfortable in your body, Caroline believes massage can be an important part of a well-rounded approach to health and wellness.

Originally from Bucks County, Caroline enjoys spending time in nature, reading, staying active, and spending time with her two Great Pyrenees dogs.

We’re thrilled to welcome Caroline to the Monarch Massage LLC team and look forward to having you meet her!
